All Bill Grease cattle are born and raised on Green land and lease properties. Proud to keep their beef natural, grain-fed, and without added hormones, Bill Grease Beef is dependable, high-quality USDA Choice or better.

While Bill Grease Cattle Company may be relatively new in name, it’s far from being green or inexperienced in the cattle business. With humble roots that stem back four generations, cattle have grazed the fertile Eastland properties since the early 1900s.

Founded by Green’s great-grandfather Elmer Clyde Ford, “The Farm” has seen its share of early dawn breaks and satisfying sunsets after a laborious day over the past century.

Passed on from the elder Ford to Green’s grandfather Henry Deering Ford, to Green’s mother Terri Ford Green, and eventually to Green himself, he’s long valued a day’s worth of sweat equity and due diligence.

Earnest as ever, Bill Grease Cattle Company takes pride in preserving regionalism and tried and true traditions.

Bill Grease Cattle Company believes in one-on-one, personal relationships with consumers. Just as it does to raising cattle, Bill Grease too believes in a pure, simple approach to selling beef.
